When a fish is hooked, the weight of the fish pulls on the rig, moving the weight away from the seabed and up into the water column so it is free of snags before the angler retrieves. Our pulley rigs feature a casting snap with clip so the rig can be clipped down and streamlined for casting longer distances. The rig is also available in a pennel, version featuring two hooks in tandem for fishing bigger baits.
