Coarse Baits

We've managed to develop a range of baits to include all of the important flavour and attractants of bloodworm into the everyday baits that anglers use, such as groundbait, pellets and paste. In testing, these baits have produced amazing results, often outscoring other baits. The groundbait can be used on the Method Feeder, in a Cage Feeder or even on the pole. It's texture and contents make it an extremely versatile. We've even managed to pack as much flavour as possible into a number of other Bloodworm Fishmeal products, such as Liquid Flavour, Pastes, Soft Hooker Pellets and Feed Pellets. You can use these products for a number of different fishing types and situations. The Feed Pellets can be used around a Method Feeder after being soaked in water, add the Liquid Flavour to your pellets to give them a boost when pole fishing, or use the Bloodworm Fishmeal One-to-One Paste to make the perfect consistency paste. Paste is a bait often not used by angler's because of the soft texture, it is very easy to pull the hook out of the paste, often frustrating anglers so much that they stop fishing with it. Fibre Paste has been designed to stay on the hook, even when being cast with a waggler, yet retain a soft fluffy texture in the water! Match method mix is one of the most popular groundbaits in the Sonu range. That can only mean one thing! It is a proven fish catcher! The blend of crushed pellets and additives that make up this groundbait is a winning combination that has seen match and pleasure angler alike take huge bags of fish. A winner for Carp, Bream and Tench it is at home on a method feeder or with a pole cup. Also available in a dark version for those clear, tough venues, match method has tued into a real all rounder. England Inteational Des Shipp played a big part in the design of this groundbait. Des commented, "Match Method is an absolute winner, it's my go to groundbait for the method feeder, but I have also taken winning catches of all species when combined with Worms and casters" 2kg.

The award winning Supercrush Krill has become a revelation in recent years, with catches across the country proving the effectiveness of this must use product. At Sonubaits we sourced top quality ground krill then set about working with our world class consultants to combine different crushed pellets in order to find the winning combination. The finished product is Supercrush Krill, a groundbait designed specifically to combined these winning ingredients. In the UK, massive catches have been across commercial fisheries on the mix. Best used in the margins, it combines the powerful attraction of krill with the blend of ingredients that holds the fish in the swim. Krill top tip: Best used in the margins, mix slightly over wet and add a handful of dead maggots to the mix. Bunches of maggots make a great hookbait for those big weary fish that love to feed later in the day. 2kg.

Tiger Fish is a mix developed by Tommy Pickering, it is a blend of Tiger Nuts, pellets and fishmeals crushed into a groundbait for carp. It’s a sweet-smelling mix that came about after various discussions and observations from specimen carp fishermen, who were all convinced about Tiger Nuts and their effectiveness. As the Tiger Nuts are crushed it releases the natural sugars and oils which help the mix go sticky when mixed with water, Tiger Fish is best mixed over damp for Method feeder work, but works just as well mixed normally for general feeder and pole work. It is easily mixed on the bank, and does not need to be riddled. The Tiger Fish combination has been phenomenal during testing and won various matches around the UK. It’s great for carp, bream and even F1s. 2kg.

Feeding Maize and fishing with a small stack of it on a hair rig is a very effective way of fooling carp and other big fish on waters where they have seen a lot of boilies and wised up to them. Maize looks a bit like giant sweetcorn and shares many of the same properties such as its sweet juice which is stored within the can as it is packed and then cooked. Large jars are available for times when you want to fish with a bed of bait or you can get tins for times when you only want a few hookbait samples. The main thing that sets the Dynamite Particle Range apart from the rest is there are no added preservatives what so ever! The range of particles are cooked inside the tin/jar, meaning none of their natural fish attracting oils and nutrients, attractants are lost.

The Pescaviva Natural White Sweetcorn is great for anglers targeting carp, tench and a variety of corn and particle loving fish. White sweetcorn is most ideally suited for fishing bream and also as an alternative to yellow or coloured sweetcorn for fishing carp and other fish. This sweetcorn comes in a tin but differs from store brought corn as it offers very tender grains from the special growing of white sweetcorn. This corn is very sweet making it a great attractor in colder waters but it also doesn't require the addition of flavours or colouring as it offers natural sweetness. This corn is great to add to your groundbait or particle mixes for a carpet of feed, the fish just cannot resist.

Our chopped tiger nuts are ready to use straight from the jar or tin and require no preparation at all. Our chopped tigers are ideal for inclusion in spod and stick mixes All our Tigers are cooked in the jar or tin with no added preservatives, all of the natural sugars and natural attractants that are normally lost during the cooking process remain in the tin.

The Commercial Punch Kit is ideal for creating perfect hookbaits, while also keeping them fresh from the outside elements, something extremely important particularly with bread baits. The box can be opened with one hand simply by pressing the button on the edge of box, the sprung lid will then open leaving you ready to punch your baits. The punches are stored inside the lid of the box and once selected, the punch in use can be stored in a separate compartment for convenience.
