The XTRACTOR RECON landing net has been designed to complement our shorter retractable butt carp rods with a transport length of only 30 inches, whilst still being a full 42” size landing net. This has been achieved by both the net arms and handle having telescopic construction. The net features a stiff single telescopic 3-piece handle with fittings that are glued and pinned for ultimate reliability. The tough glass filled Nylon spreader block has a shaped cross brace for mesh retention, allowing quick net manoeuvre and smooth mesh release. Reinforced olive green 42” mesh with free-flowing hex mesh on the sides and a super soft base mesh. A generous depth of 95cm strikes a perfect balance for temporarily holding fish and moving quickly through the water.

Manilla Active Shelf Life uses the same process as all our Active boilies, which involves a two stage coating made up of super soluble liquids along with fine, high-grade powders. The result is a paste layer, which surrounds each bait in a cocoon of attraction, once submerged, this breaks away, leaving a cloudy halo around each bait. Just like the freezer bait counterpart, Manilla Active Shelf Life is specifically designed to release its attractor package even in the coldest water temperatures, meaning the outer coating will break away incredibly quickly even in the winter months. This attribute is why it’s such a brilliant instant bait despite the limiting factors that cold water carp fishing entails.

This natural liquid presents a combination of highly soluble liquid foods as well as salts and sugars that drive the fish into a feeding frenzy.
